It is a machine that fills the void in the medium to small capacity class, but keeps the same characteristics of larger pumps.ASM-7W wet type shotcrete pump Applications:ASM-7W is an oil hydraulically driven twin-piston pump especially suitable for hand-spraying, concrete pumping, grouting, artificial soil seeding, mortar spraying, refractory material spraying and with small manipulators.It is extremely simple in construction and operation. It is very compact, durable and versatile enough for any site in the world.? Shotcrete/concrete spraying/gunite for tunnels,hydro-power engineering?mines?un -derground engineering, civil engineering and slope stabilization,etc.? Artificial soil seeding for no soil surface, such as rock, sand, and for no fertility soil surface.ASM-7W is available in the following versions.· BASIC: Electric drive or diesel drive with tyre. · Extended: skid type or rail-wheel type.ASM-7W Shotcrete Machine Features· Thick flow conveying method with hand-spraying make the concrete spraying is even, steady with less air consumption comparing to thin flow conveying method.
· It is a high efficiency machine with a longer conveying distance, horizontal 200m and vertical 70m.
· Simple CE standard electrical system controls provide fool-proof operation
· Soft-start protects electric system and motor.
· Two independent oil pressure circuits.
· Main oil is supplied by a high-pressure, variable-flow, axial piston pump. A gear pump provides separate circuit for the dosing pump.
· Setting of the desired dosing values by hand-wheel
· Double piston pump with S-tube and change-over cylinders for a positive action.
· Self-sealing, superhard sealing ring and plate.
· Automatically reversing pistons relieve the conveying system when blocked.
· Tough hopper with vibrator and grill designed for work with steel fibres.
